Dundrum Village

County Dublin, Ireland·Pop. ~5,000

The Vision

Dundrum Village reimagined as a thriving pedestrian-priority quarter — Main Street (R117) transformed with granite cobblestones and mature lime trees, Holy Cross Church restored as the Gothic centrepiece with a wildflower community garden, The Eagle House and The Nest pubs enhanced with a cobblestoned beer garden and stone fireplace, Dundrum House in deep burgundy with traditional gold lettering, Helios Sauna reimagined as a Roman Baths-inspired wellness building with arched colonnades and a bronze sun motif, the dlr Library as a striking glass-and-timber building with a living green roof, and the Village Centre transformed into an open-air artisan market with the dlr Mill Theatre and a central fountain.

A historic village in south Dublin with Holy Cross Church as its centrepiece, traditional pubs including The Eagle House, The Nest, and Dundrum House, the Helios Roman Baths-style sauna, dlr Library, and the LUAS Green Line.
